My Nancy Drew Books

So, I know this blog is going to mostly be about the Nancy Drew games, but I am going to tell you a little about my books too. :)

So, I started my collection in 2006, when I got the first 6 book set for my birthday. And soon, I became a collector. I don't know how I got so many Nancy Drew books. I got most of them from my mom's friend, who lives in Chicago. When my family had gone to visit her in 2008, she asked my what I liked to read, and I said, Nancy Drew. Well, then about 5 months later, this huge box came in the mail addressed to me. It was FULL of mystery books that once belonged to her daughter. Well, when her daughter moved out, she left the books. She was just going to throw them away, then decided to sent them to me. Well, then about a year later, another box came. It was about twice the size of the last box she sent, and had a HUGE verity of books in it! (Including about 15 Nancy Drew ones) And the others I got from ether friends, or used book stores. Right now, I have about 35 of the Original Yellow Hard Covers. I have about 10 Nancy Drew Notebooks and the Clue Crew books that I read when I was younger, and like, 2 Nancy Drew files books that came with 2 of my games. I also have a book to collecting Nancy Drew stuff, which I bought used at the library, and the Lost files of Nancy Drew momory book. I will post pictures of all of them later.

Welcome to My-Interactive!!!

Hi Everyone!!! This is the first post on my new blog, My-Interactive. Some of you may know me from my blog about my life, Sammy's Blog. Well, even if you do, or don't know me, I am going to tell you just a little more. If you follow Sammy's blog, then you know that I really like American Girl dolls. Well, that is not the only addiction I have. :) I am a huge fan of Nancy Drew as well. But not just the books, the games by Her Interactive are my addiction. :)
I am going to let you know more about my Nancy Drew life. I played my first game, Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake, when I was seven years old. But I have seen the games before. My friend, who is a year older than me had one of the games. And when I was about five, I watched her play it. That game was Stay Tuned for Danger. Ever since I solved my first game, Danger on Deception Island in 2007, I have found how amazing Nancy Drew is.
I used to be a total scatty cat, afraid of my own shadow. I even remember when I got my fourth game, Secret of Shadow Ranch in 2005 when it first came out, I was afraid of the game! I was afraid to open the oven in the game, look at the knives, I was horrible! I also remember a time when I was playing STFD, and I hid under the blankets on the other side of the room, while my brother pulled the fire alarm in the game! But after I solved DDI, I realized that It was only a game! (After shaking and freaking out from being second chanced to death)
That was three years ago, and now, it is my brothers who are the ones hiding under the blankets, but that doesn't stop them from staying in the room to see what happens next.
This blog is going to be about Nancy Drew only. I feel that when I put my addictions on my life's blog, people can get tired of it if they are not fans of it. So, I will post about what is going on in my life on there, and post about everything Nancy Drew related here. Sound good??? lol
So, to start off, I will show you all the games I have, and all the games I have solved.
